1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information SimplyGTM collects, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to our website and application.
2. Information we collect
Account data (name, email, organization), content you add (properties, media, documents, contacts), usage and device data, and payment metadata processed by our payment provider. Public property pages record anonymized engagement events (views, downloads, inquiries).
3. How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, authenticate you, generate documents and estimates you request, send transactional email, meter usage, and maintain security and audit logs.
4. AI processing
AI features process the data you submit to produce drafts for your review. We do not train models on your customer data unless you explicitly opt in. AI interactions are logged for your audit trail.
5. Sharing
We share data with sub-processors that power the Service (hosting, storage, email, payments, AI providers) under contract, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information. Leads and activity may be forwarded to your connected CRM (e.g., ClientQ) at your direction.
6. Data isolation & security
Every record is scoped to your organization. Files use signed URLs; public links are tokenized with optional expiration. We use encryption in transit and at rest and least-privilege access.
7. Retention & your rights
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data.
8. Cookies
We use necessary cookies for authentication and preferences, and privacy-respecting analytics to improve the product.
