Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using SimplyGTM (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The Service

SimplyGTM provides tools for real-estate marketing, property tours, non-binding Letters of Intent (LOIs), cost and mortgage estimates, resources, social content, and engagement tracking. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. Non-binding documents & no legal advice

All LOIs and offer summaries generated by the Service are NON-BINDING and are provided only as a basis for negotiation. The Service, including its AI features, does not provide legal, tax, financial, appraisal, or brokerage-compliance advice. You are responsible for review by qualified professionals before relying on any document or estimate.

4. Your content & data

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any property information, images, and contacts you add.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, upload unlawful content, attempt to breach tenant isolation, or use the Service to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel as described in your billing settings.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimplyGTM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or deals.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-product or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
